2017 Junior High Advance

 Junior High Advance is designed to develop spiritual leadership within some of our younger students. Each year, we choose an experience that will be meaningful for them, introduce them to just some of the ways that WSYG loves Memphis, and aid them in becoming who God wants them to be. It also gives them a great experience building relationships with the other members and adults in our youth group.

This year’s Junior High Advance is April 7th & 8th.

This year’s theme is BRIDGE. We will be learning about being the bridge between Jesus and our city, developing deeper relationships with each other, and finding our place in the church body. We will be learning these things in places around our city including Bridges, The Big River Crossing, and our own campus. This weekend is focused on encouraging one another and learning to love Christ deeper while loving Memphis better. Although the focus of this weekend is on our 6th through 9th graders, all students through 12th grade are encouraged to participate. You’ll be glad you did!
